Polyvinyl Alcohol is a few kind of synthetic with water souble high-molecular polymer.The main specification includes degree of polymerization & alcoholysis degree with
other specical performance. Polyvinyl Alcohol is manufactured by polymerization of vinyl acetate in
methanol solvent, then undergoing alcoholysis via advanced belt-process of low-alkali. After grinding, drying and packing, the end PVA products are achieved.

physical and chemical properties
Water-solubility: it dissolves quickly in room temperature waterits transparent is
aqueous solutionnon toxic and harmless, security and environmental.
Chemical resistance: At normal temperature, its PH value is about 5-7, viscosity is steady,
hardly be impacted by weak acid, weak base and organic solvent(ester, ketone, higher
alcohols,hydrocarbon), has high oil resistance.
Compatibility: it can be miscible with starch, synthetic resin, cellulose
derivatives & surface active agent and has better stability
 Main Applications :
1、PVA 1799Ais mainly used for the feedstock of vinylon fiber.The vinylon staple yarn and
vinylon tow to yarn manufactured from the PVA1799 exhibits white colorhigh strength
perfect hygroscpyabrasion resistancesunshine resistance and corrosion resistance
They can be blended with cotton, wool and glue fiber for weaving  separately ,which is
widely used for clothing ,tarpaulin ,tire cord ,fishingnets and ropes, and they are also
an idea substitute of asbestos.
2、PVA1799A also can used in the field of paper manking,especially used as pigment
adhesive. With good adhesion, good filming and strengthing to paper, PVA water solution
can be used as pigment adhesives to substitute casein and starch which is more expensive
and easy to be corrosible. The whiteness and gloss of the wove paper coated with PVA
solution will be perfect, not easy to be crimped and with lower cost. Therefore,it is widely used in art
paper ,craft paper,clothing paper and other high-grade paper.
3、PVA1799A can still used as vinyl acetate emusification 、polymerization、film、
asbestos、inorganic binder、temporary protection film and PVB resin.
Usage method
KP series can be used in powder building materials , after stirring and mixing evenly, it
could be use. Addition of advice: 0.3-3%of the totle putty powder.KP series use 100-120mesh when product dry glue powder, below 100 mesh it dissolves slow, difficult completely
dissolve, when over 120 mewsh, it is easy to agglomerate. Dry-mixed mortar use 80-120mesh. Powder putty use above 120 mesh, because below 120 mesh it is difficult
to dissolve and make the surface unsmooth.
Package&storage transportation
Packing: Paper-plastic package with plastic film, 20kg&25kg per bag.there are COA in every product,
and clear&firm mark in every bag.including trademark, name, model, lot number, net weight,
manufacturer ect...
Store: KP line products should be stock indoor where is dry& well-ventilated, room
temperature is 5-30, Stored in batches. do not near the power, prevent humid, avoid sun exposure.
strictly prohibit storage with volatile chemicals to prevent adsorption modification.
Transportation: when transport KP line products shuld use clear conveyance and avoi
dmoisture, rain, sun and carry gentlyto prevent smash package.
