PVA Powder is the selection of high quality of PVA, and environment-friendly water soluble polymer. It takes liquid nitrogen as a medium, Crushing processing in low
temperature environments, have a good at film forming property, emulsibility, cohesive property .
the film it product has great force , solvent resistance, abrasion resistance, tensile strength and oxygen
denial property.Due to PVA have hydrophilic group and hydrophobic group,so PVA couble be
protective colloid as Polymer emulsion .

physical and chemical properties
Water-solubility: it dissolves quickly in room temperature waterits transparent is
aqueous solutionnon toxic and harmless, security and environmental.
Chemical resistance: At normal temperature, its PH value is about 5-7, viscosity is steady,
hardly be impacted by weak acid, weak base and organic solvent(ester, ketone, higher alcohols,
 hydrocarbon), has high oil resistance.
Compatibility: it can be miscible with starch, synthetic resin,
cellulose derivatives & surface active agent and has better stability
Main Applications:
KP series can be widely used dry powder, powder putty, dry-mixed mortar, oilfield auxiliary chemicalin powder building materials
caking agent&bond of plastering anhydrite. Especially suitable to be used as interior
& exterior wall putty and construction mortar, the main function is bonding, improveing
the flexility, water-retaining property, reducing friction, enhancing the work efficiency and quality(to preven
t the crack&fall off from the floated coat, add adhesive strength and smooth texture).
Usage method
KP series can be used in powder building materials , after stirring and mixing evenly,
it could be use. Addition of advice: 0.3-3%of the totle putty powder.
KP series use 100-120mesh when product dry glue powder, below 100 mesh it dissolves slow, difficult completely
dissolve, when over 120 mewsh, it is easy to agglomerate. Dry-mixed mortar use 80-120mesh. Powder putty use above 120 mesh, because below 120 mesh it is difficult
to dissolve and make the surface unsmooth.
Package&storage transportation
Packing: Paper-plastic package with plastic film, 20kg&25kg per bag.there are COA in every product,
and clear&firm mark in every bag.including trademark, name, model, lot number, net weight,
manufacturer ect...
Store: KP line products should be stock indoor where is dry& well-ventilated, room temperature
is 5-30, Stored in batches. do not near the power, prevent humid, avoid sun exposure.
strictly prohibit storage with volatile chemicals to prevent adsorption modification.
Transportation: when transport KP line products shuld use clear conveyance and
avoidmoisture, rain, sun and carry gentlyto prevent smash package.
